Salads in the winter can be dull, so shake things up on a bed of good-for-you greens with some fresh fruit. Adding fruit to your salad not only adds a splash of color, but also creates a nice sweet balance to a savory. All you have to do is dice up some of your favorite fruits and toss them in!
