Grilled Cheese with Tomato, Onion, and Arugula

Ingredients

  • sourdough bread – 2 slice
  • roma tomato – 1/2
  • arugula – 4 tablespoon
  • red onion – 1/8
  • cheddar cheese – 1 slice
  • Swiss cheese – 1 ounce
  • butter – 3/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Assemble sandwiches with arugula, cheeses, tomatoes, and sliced red onions.
  2. Heat a saute pan over medium high and melt butter.
  3. Cook sandwiches until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted on both sides.
  4. Slice grilled cheese sandwich on a bias.
