Smoked Salmon Panini
Original # of Servings: 1
whole wheat bread – 3 slice
provolone cheese – 2 slice
tomato – 1 ounce
cucumber – 1/8
lettuce – 1 ounce
unsalted butter – 1 teaspoon
smoked salmon – 2 ounce
- Spread 1 tsp. of butter on sliced bread.
- Make the sandwich. Layer thinly sliced cucumber on top of the bottom slice, followed by lettuce, second slice of bread, lettuce, sliced tomato, smoked salmon, and cheese. Top with third slice of bread to complete.
- Add sandwich to panini press and grill until desired doneness.
- Slice diagonally and serve.
