Recipe: Turkey Avocado Salad

Repeat after me: Salads do not have to be boring. Protein goes a long way when added to salad, giving you a hearty addition to your meal. Boast your boring salad with a little some turkey in this salad with avocado and juicy cherry tomatoes. It’s instantly make your meal more appetizing and filling. Say NO to dull salads!

Turkey Avocado Salad 

Original # of Servings: 1


  • deli turkey – 2 ounce
  • cucumber – 1/2
  • salad mix – 1 cup
  • parsley – 1 tablespoon
  • cherry tomatoes – 8 tablespoon
  • extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • red wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon


  1. Slice thick-cut deli turkey into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop tomato, cucumber, and parsley.
  3. Combine salad mix, vegetables, and turkey in a bowl. Pour in oil and vinegar, and toss until mixed well.
  4. Season to taste, and serve.
