Pineapple Chicken Skewers

pineapple – 8 tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil – 1 1/2 teaspoon
salt – 1/8 teaspoon
black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
chicken breast – 4 ounce
red pepper flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
- Preheat grill on high.
- Place pineapple chunks and chicken on skewers. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and coat with olive oil.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Remove from heat and serve.
