Chicken Pita Sandwich

tzatziki sauce – 1 tablespoon
chicken breast – 4 ounce
lettuce – 1 ounce
tomato – 1 ounce
red onion – 1/8
whole wheat pita – 1
extra virgin olive oil – 1 tablespoon
- Add olive oil to skillet on medium-high. Add chicken and cook thoroughly. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and shred.
- Toast pita bread if desired.
- Add lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion, and chicken to pita.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce.
