Avocado Quinoa Bowl
Original # of Servings: 1
- quinoa – 8 tablespoon
- avocado – 1/2
- onion – 1/8
- tomato – 1 ounce
- carrot – 1/2
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Prepare vegetables. Dice tomato and avocado, chop carrots, and slice onion.
- After quinoa has cooled slightly, mix with vegetables.
