3 Must-Haves for Taco Tuesday

Tacos are one of those rare foods that have always been in style. Nevertheless, now might be the peak of the taco craze, with original takes (see our cauliflower tacos) and even an entire day of the week dedicated to them. Here we’re going to share with you three must-haves when it comes to hosting your own taco night.

1. Taco Seasoning

If you haven’t already, head over to our post on why we prefer making our own taco seasoning to the pre-packaged stuff. Whether homemade or store-bought, seasonings are what transforms a tortilla sandwich into that distinct taco flavor.

2. Homemade Guacamole (& chips)

Though great tacos don’t always require guacamole, it is required for the whole experience. Give your family a taste of a restaurant meal by starting the meal out with our recipe for chips and guacamole.

3. Salsa, Salsa, and More Salsa

Who doesn’t love having their pick of salsa? When your family is more the mild type, and you like it hot, multiple options is the obvious way to go. Try our recipe for homemade salsa or the more adventurous black bean and corn salsa.
