Welcome to the final edition of Smoothie Saturday’s! I hope that I’ve been able to turn some of you all into smoothie fanatics.
You might think adding avocado to a smoothie is taking the avo-craze too far, but it creates a silky, almost ice-cream like texture that you can’t achieve with any other (healthy) ingredient. Feel free to adjust the amount of agave to your desired sweetness.
Avocado Lime Smoothie
Original # of Servings: 1
- avocado – 1/2
- lime juice – 2 tablespoon
- agave – 1 tablespoon
- water – 8 tablespoon
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
