Recipe: Banana Almond Smoothie

I’ve been super excited to tell all of you about a special addition to the blog for March: Smoothie Saturdays! Starting your day with a smoothie gives you a burst of energy, while keeping you feeling light and alert. With a bunch of new smoothie recipes up on My Happy Plates, I wanted to use each Saturday in March to introduce you to some of my favorites.


Banana Almond Smoothie

Original # of Servings: 1



  • plain greek yogurt – 1
  • raw almonds – 4 tablespoon
  • banana – 1
  • old fashioned oats – 2 tablespoon
  • water – 4 tablespoon


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
