Starting your day with a smoothie gives you a burst of energy, while keeping you feeling light and alert. With a bunch of new smoothie recipes up on My Happy Plates, I wanted to use each Saturday in March to introduce you to some of my favorites.
Banana Almond Smoothie
Original # of Servings: 1
- plain greek yogurt – 1
- raw almonds – 4 tablespoon
- banana – 1
- old fashioned oats – 2 tablespoon
- water – 4 tablespoon
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
