Recipe: Mango, Pineapple, and Yogurt Smoothie

This is a special New Year’s Eve edition of our usual dinner recipe posts. Today, we are going to share with you a simple smoothie to get you through tomorrow morning. No matter how cold is it outside, smoothies are a perfect tool for rehydrating and replenishing all the vitamins and minerals you’ll dance out tonight.



Mango, Pineapple, and Yogurt Smoothie

Total Time: 3 minutes

Active Time: 3 minutes


  • water – 8 tablespoons
  • plain greek yogurt – 1
  • mango – 1/2
  • pineapple – 8 tablespoons
  • agave – 1 teaspoon
  • ice – 1 cup


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, blend, and enjoy.
