Tilapia Tacos

Total Time: 11 minutes

Active Time: 8 minutes


  • extra virgin olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • tilapia – 4 ounces
  • avocado – 1/2
  • shredded lettuce – 1 cup
  • roma tomato – 1/4
  • salsa – 2 tablespoons
  • corn tortilla – 3
  • taco seasoning – 1 teaspoon


  1. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  2. Set pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add oil.
  4. Season tilapia and add to pan.
  5. Saute for 2 minutes on both sides, or until fish is cooked through.
  6. Add contents to tortillas.
  7. Slice avocado and tomato. Serve with shredded lettuce and salsa.
